Good Place for family

good facility for kids and family, staff is good, not much to complain about. Wine concerconnoisseur was very helpful with her recommendations and really helped us pair good local wine with the right food.

1) Vegan, vegetarian options were quite limited/ repetitive. they could do more in that area. 2) Wine tasting includes only two types of wine per session. so one might not get to experience all the tasty wines they have.

Amazing holidays!

Location right next to the beach, whole hotel located in beautiful garden. Food totally exceeded our expectations! It was delicious. We also loved beach bar. Exceptional, amazing and always helpful staff. Huge thanks. Especially thanks to Georgia who hosted wine tasting for us! Nice surprise were a la carte restaurants - we loved lobster dinner menu and greek restaurant with octopus and other Greek dishes.

Overall an amazing resort, just needs freshening up a little

- Staff were amazing - so friendly and so accommodating. We asked to move rooms and they sorted it out overnight and it felt like no trouble at all. Thank you. - Good value for money; we went in October so out of season but I think for an all inclusive with the facilities it has, it’s really reasonable. - The food was really good!! Really varied and fresh. - Lovely cocktails!! - Having access to a private beach felt like such a treat. The beach bar was also fab and we spent many many hours there !! - The grounds in general are amazing - really vast and picturesque.

We really really enjoyed our stay here however the hotel on the whole was a bit rough round the edges; - We stayed in ‘Yucca Residence’ which is one of the family residences and unfortunately the rooms here let the hotel down. They’re tired, dark and look nothing like the photos. It never felt overly clean and I think they could all do with a revamp. - Booking dinner reservations on the app is not easy. The app wasn’t that user friendly. - The high chairs in the buffet were all either broken or really old and dirty- most of them could do with being replaced. - There’s an extra 25 euro charge pp to use the spa - I don’t think there should be.

A wonderful carefree relaxation for the whole family

The public areas are beautiful, well-maintained, and welcoming. The entire site looks fantastic. The kids especially loved the lovely water park. The pools and beach are also very pleasant, providing a great experience. There is a wide variety of food, and the staff offers excellent service.

The rooms are comfortable, but they feel a bit outdated and don’t match the same design standard as the rest of the hotel. It wasn’t easy to book a table at the restaurants (apparently, you need to plan several days in advance), and we only managed to get a reservation one evening by chance. It’s natural for a lush, humid place like this to have a lot of mosquitoes, but it’s too bad there aren’t any window screens in the rooms or more mosquito repellents in the public areas. In any case, bring some mosquito repellent from home, and you’ll be fine.

Staff very friendly and helpful. The service, food quality and drinks were great.

The ala carte restaurants, are more like a set menu with fixed items and not a real ala carte sense. Also booking a table for 1 evening during a 5 day stay was challenging. Premises has a lot of mosquitos. Kids ended up with around 50 bites each

This hotel has it all for a perfect holiday

So good! Nice territory, great views, amazing food, and very friendly and helpful staff! We really enjoyed our stay. Aqua park with a slow river on the territory is such a wonderful idea! Facilities are in good condition. We also had 2 dinners at restaurants: fine dining and Asiana. 10/10 but seems hard to reserve when you are already there, so suggest to download the Grecotel app and reserve in advance, then you secure the spot. At restaurants they also adjust the food to dietary restrictions.

Gets pretty crowded at the buffet so sometimes when you leave to go get more food, your table gets cleaned and you come back to new people sitting at it. Also while eating we had couple of times waiters coming and taking the plate the second you put the last piece in your mouth, so while eating, you feel a bit rushed. In restaurants you get more relaxed waiters and vibes. Also the hotel focuses more on new guests rather the ones leaving in 1-2 days. We had an issue with our safebox in the first day and it was fixed in 1 hour but 2 days before departure our minibar wasn’t refilled and we had to call 3 times asking to bring us water.
